Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Just tried this earlier for my hubby's birthday and it was like heavenly delight! Though it is sweeter than most of the cakes I had and baked before, this will definitely be one of my favorites and a go-to recipe for my hubby since he cannot have eggs in any of his food. I'm sure this will be a hit next time with any of our family gatherings. But will have to cut a bit on the sur though. My kids love it too, especially that ooey-gooey chocolate at the bottom of the pan. And indeed, goes BEST with ice cream!

I substituted water for the milk for my Vegan son. It was delicious. We put vanilla ice cream on top and Vegan "ice cream" for my son. Everyone loved it and I will definitely make it again. loved every bit!! Was amazed when I took a spoonful and the choch flowing... Giving a molten lava feel:)


A rich delicious cake that is magically develops a hot fudge base at the bottom and is spooned into a bowl for one delectable and gorgeous chocolate flowing cake.
