Made these a little different from the recipe, put whole walnuts into food processor followed by oats and dry ingredients. After adding the banana and the honey, I added a little water to make it all blend nicely. Shaped the bars by hand and set them on a cookie sheet to bake until golden brown…came out marvelously. Yummy and nice treat for fall.
Everyone LOVED them. I really liked wrapping them in parchment and twine. Made them extra special. Kept them in the fridge until they disappeared. I will be making them again very soon.
