I just made this and I HAD to lick the bowl. I’m taking it to work and am going to serve it as a dip. Going to serve it in a bowl with cinnamon grahams and gingersnaps on the side. Everyone thought it was delicious. Instead of using graham crackers for the crust , I used ginger snaps.
I used full fat / sugar everything except for the Cool Whip, which was “Lite”. I calculated these to have 377 calories each. Yikes! They are delicious,
Everyone LOVED it! I left some at the house for dessert last night, and the family loved it, too. My husband ate it like a pudding and went for seconds. This one goes into the files as “Excellent”.
